The boring thing about writing a blog is that it tends to be one-way communication. Hardly anybody makes comments, so you feel like you're talking to yourself. This is why I abandoned blogging some years ago and started using facebook instead. But facebook isn't the right platform if you want to write more than a couple of sentences - and tell an ongoing story.
Well, guess what? You can comment on blog posts too! All you need is a google/gmail account.
